Fantastic quality

These bands are significantly higher quality than most others I’ve tried. I have two sets (I have them set up so I can use them as separate stations) and they have not budged, unlike others I’ve had that snapped quickly. They offer fantastic resistance so you can vary your workouts. My fitness has increased significantly since I started working with these, they are way lower impact than weights with similar (if not better) results, and you can throw them in a suitcase. Highly recommend.

The long bands seem sturdy, but one of the thinner bands broke after the 3rd time using it.
