Worked like a Charm
I, unfortunately, had to cut a hole in my countertop for a plug during a new water filtration install. It would've been too much trouble with the way my old house is setup to run power under the sink. This made the power cable routing look extremely clean. I don't even notice the power cable next to my coffee maker.

Quite adequate
For a desk these would be great. For cable access in the back panel of a cabinet less so. The cover does not snap super tight to the through hole part and might fall off. I also found that the through hole seemed a bit smaller than 2” but my circle saw might be a bit oversized. But the flange is enough to cover the gap and hot melt glue to hold it in place.
