Better than durafit champion
I initially took durafit champion, even after 2 returns product was damaged, and once i send a court notice they took back the machine and refunded. Sparnod Design is just awesome , and also quality is also very good. Once you use sparnod, you will feel durafit high end model is just waste of money. I already have 2 sparnod machines in my house

Not up to the mark considering its price
The belt slips again and again. Company guys not bothered. I wanted to upgrade the machine within stipulated time but they didn’t have option either to upgrade or exchange. Not recommended at all.

Importance of rating and review
I purchased 6 months back .Machine was not working from last 4 months i tried all the ways to connect the company but failed ..then i gave 1 star and negative review. Immediately company people contacted me and within 48 hours the managed to make ut working..Good support by company

Installation was delay and now there is no expert technician ,every time they ask for video of the issue.customer support is very poor.

Title : Great AC powered treadmill for home use, excellent customer service
Description: Sparnod fitness treadmill is an excellent AC powered treadmill for home use. We can use it without major breaks like in DC powered. I am using it without issues. I had an issue where one of the screws was not as expected. After raising complaint it was promptly resolved in a couple of days. So customer service is really prompt and good.
