Not sure on the sizing, what size would a s/m be in female dress sizing please

I bought a large and I am a size 20 and there is plenty of room

I am 5' 5" and it fits me about the same as the model in the photo. Hope that helps.

Would this fit a size 24?

It would certainly fit. Whether it would work for changing underneath is another question. I use the room for that. Having said that I've just bought a more expensive life venture one for my husband and that has less room.

Does it have pockets?

No it doesn’t, which is a shame but it’s still a good quality product
