How good is this for keeping food inside the bento box hot/warm?

I always put cold food in the box with a small freezer packet. The bag is of good quality and I have had mine for a few years.

Does this fit the kids Bentgo?

It does fit a Yumbox quite nicely. With room to spare for a thin ice pack, drink pouch and silverware. I believe it also fits a Bentgo box.

How do you clean this when food leaks and it gets on the outside fabric?

I just use a hot, soapy sponge to clean this lunch box. If it's really messy I will submerge it in hot, soapy water. It dries well and is very durable.
