Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Advanced Hair, Skin & Nails Jelly Beans with Biotin, Mixed Fruit Flavor, 180 Count

I was looking for a vitamin to take to try to give my hair more body and my nails more strength and length. I tried gummies a few times, and every time I did I almost threw up from the horrible texture. I kept giving them away to family and then finally stopped buying gummies. I saw these Jelly Beans and had hoped they would truly be jelly bean texture and not gummy. They ARE jelly bean texture! I was so happy. You eat them like you would jelly beans. Only, you eat one or two a day, not handfuls! :) They taste good, too. For me, it took probably about a year to see results. I think what we have to think about is that they will not give body to hair or strength and length to nails we have when we first start taking them. I think what will be affected is the hair and the parts of nails that grow once we start taking the vitamins. Once our hair has grown longer and nails have grown out from the cuticles to the fingertips we will see the difference. That's how it was for me. My hair has never been thick (except when I have had it short), but it has lost body/volume as I have aged. I now notice more volume. My nails kept splitting at my fingertips, and they were no longer growing long. They were also thin. My nails are now growing and are stronger. Foe me, these work. I take two a day most days. About twice a week, random days, I will take just one. I am happy I see results and so happy for the jelly bean texture. Thank you to the manufacturers!

These have a great flavor. I personally do not like the jelly beans so I won’t purchase again but that’s just me. If you like jelly beans go ahead and get them they taste just like a good jelly bean.

I lost all my hair due to cancer treatments. When I had completed all my treatments, I was anxious for my hair to start growing back. These vitamins really helped. I was so excited to see progress as I was leery at first. Now my hair is growing back beautifully, and I can start living life again. Did I mention that these really help? I love the fruity, easy to chew jellybeans as I'm a jellybean lover anyways. Pricey for sure, but well worth it if you're in the same boat as me.

I added this Narure's Bounty Hair & NailsWatermelon Jellybean Vitamin to my Multivitamin routine in place of my previous biotin vitamins a couple years & do not regret it. They taste fantastic & I do notice that I always have a ton of new hair growth & my nails growth fast. I used to get them when in stock- I am not the only fan- in a smaller size bottle for Buy1 Get1 at a major Pharmacy Chain but for the past couple months they have not been in stock at all. Amazon not only carries it (hopefully with a guaranteed supply) but in a larger bottle! I know there are critiques of gummy vitamins which can be applied to jelly bean vitamins too but many vitamins in pill form are horse pills & smell horrible. It's why I am not able to set foot in the Vitamin Retailers. These vitamins smell great & its easy to maintain compliance. I would take the rest of my vitamins in this format if Nature's Bounty manufacturered them!

Best hair, skin, and nails formula ever. I don’t know why it appears discontinued as the jelly beans had a good taste and texture. Now it is all gummies and one even contains porcine collagen. Yuck no thanks. The gummies taste terrible and the texture is awful. I don’t know why everyone seems enamored of gummies I have yet to taste even one in any form of supplement this is any good. The ones that are not gummies in the hair, skin, and nails formulas have too much biotin. Big mistake discontinuing the jelly beans.
