My husband has one leg slightly shorter than the other. This appears to have helped with this problem.

Bought these since they were the only insoles I found that gave a height boost and arch support. Bought the 1.5cm version which fit my Nike Air Force 1 Low's quite well if a little tight. Definitely would recommend sizing up your footwear by half a size to one size if you plan to use these.The main reason I'm giving these 3 stars as opposed to 4 or 5 is because they get damaged very easily. After a week the white fabric on the top of the insole came off completely. Over the next two weeks the remaining fabric started wearing away. I've had these for about 6 weeks now and as you can see in the photo they look pretty terrible. Definitely was expecting something better for £10.

Habe die Einlage für meinen rechten Fuß gekauft. Ich habe eine Beinverkürzung rechts. Die Einlage ersetzt eine teure orthopädische Einlage. Bis jetzt laufe ich sehr gut damit. Werde mir noch mehrere kaufen um die Einlage nicht ständig wechseln zu müssen wenn ich einen anderen Schuh tragen möchte.

Lassen sich mit einer einfachen Schere easy schneiden, sind bequem, man gewöhnt sich schnell dran :) kann es nur empfehlen wenn man mal etwas größer wirken will
