So far, they work pretty good for bad breath. These are great because they don’t have artificial sweeteners, which are bad for the oral and gut microbiome. It’s the only brand I could find without some type of sweetener, so bravo to this company! Keep it up.

I find it much easier to let these dissolve in my mouth rather than chewing them. They do not taste very good, so be prepared! I do feel like my teeth stay cleaner overall; I have yet to notice any major effects on my breath. I have also noticed that within about 5 minutes of chewing, my sinuses feel clearer. Maybe I'll continue to see overall improvments with more time.
