can i use these on exotic leathers? like caiman or ostrich?

As long as it's tanned, I don't see a problem. I haven't worked with those particular exotic leathers but my usual advice with chemical dyes of any sort is to try them out on an inconspicuous corner before proceeding. This isn't a permanent dye, it's a polish that evens out and brings out the color.
