Yes, I use this on my 2014 Harley. This is a DOT 4 brake fluid so check your manual correct type. Some bikes, 2006 Harley's and earlier, use DOT 5.

Can I use in my Ford Explorer which recommends motor craft ?

As long as your vehicle takes DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid then you can use any brand really. I However if the Motorcraft brake fluid is similarly priced to most of the others then you might as well go with it since it's what came with your Ford vehicle from the factory.

Will this work in a racing application with disc brakes

It should, however in my racing application I prefer Motul RBF600.

I use this in all 8 of my dirt bikes, and all of my 4 wheelers for the ultimate versatility and protection. Lucas just makes some of the best quality oil products around. Don't skimp and use cheap oil, this stuff is worth every penny.
