Give it about a week or two, but be CONSISTENT, and you WILL see results. I’ve been using it every night before bed for about a month. Once my heels healed, I switched to using it every other day, and soon I’ll be able to use it just once or twice a week for maintenance.Keep in mind it’s very sticky and not the most comfortable cream, but honestly, medicine isn’t always pleasant, however the results are worth it.
