I love these shoes, they fit and are comfortable right out of the box for me. I am on my second pair, not that I needed a new pair but we get them every year for work. Over the past 20 years I have tried anything from redwing to justin, temberland and Nike. These are the most comfortable I have found

Insole could be better.

Don't purchase these work shoes unless you are absolutely positive about the size because if you need to return them you will be charged for the shipping and a restocking fee. I purchased mine for $92 and I'm only receiving $64 for refund. I have even owned these same shoes and ordered my exact size but the manufacturer changed the style which makes them larger than anticipated.
