Perfect box to mount a flo by moen smart shut-off valve/leak detection. This installation was outdoors and I needed a good weatherproof box to mount it in. This did the trick! Solid construction. I drilled a few holes in it for my water lines and the power supply. I didn't use the included brackets to secure it to the exterior wall i simply drilled a few tapcons directly through the back of the box into the stone wall. The box is very secure on the wall! Overall a great product! Door seals tight and feels firm, rubber seal prevents water from getting in.

I've had this installed over 5 years now outside in a climate with high summer heat and cold winters. It has direct sun, wind, and weather exposure. I have it mounted to backer board on the backside of a power pedestal. I used it as part of a setup to install my Starlink dish in a clear area away from my house. I have a small router, two POE injectors, and an AC power strip inside of this. It has held up really well. Over the years, the plastic has changed color a bit but that's to be expected. I've never been aware of any water getting in. I do have some small insects that seem to get in but my guess is that they're coming in where I put the waterproof cable glands on the bottom -- although I've tried to tighten those down. If I had it to do over again, I would get a larger box but this has performed very well so this brand is a winner for me.

Works as described, size did catch me off guard. Size is listed though. Not sure what I was expecting. I can recommend, but it is big. Way bigger than I needed for my Rak device.

I used the waterproof junction box to terminate 2x quad shielded RG6 coax cables and 2x CAT6 cables at the demarc line on the exterior of a brick wall. The coax and CAT6 came through the exterior wall in a conduit, and a 2nd empty conduit was ran next to it. Both terminated inside the junction box. Had to drill out holes for them to pass through which I had planned for and sealed it with Tremco Dymonic 100 polyurethane sealant. I wanted an exterior junction box for telecom homeruns back to my server rack and structured media enclosure to future proof any needs. The QILIPSU Waterproof Junction Box appeared to be made well and gasketed door w/ latch has been keeping moisture out. This j box has no external ports, so you will have to drill them out yourself and add waterproof cable grommets. This wasn't and issue since I knew this when I bought it. It can also be used as a waterproof enclosure for an outdoor wifi mesh setup, electronic projects, or other outdoor wiring.

Used to cover a VFD for my drill press to keep out the dust. Some modifications were required but it’s working great.

My intended use is for an electronics DIY project. I needed something sturdy enough to withstand a 10 year old boy. This enclosure is quite strong and thoughtfully designed. The only (small) complaint I have that kept me from giving five stars - it looks like the injection molding process for the inner mounting plate had some contamination of the white plastic by little bits of dark plastic. It gives the appearance of small paint splatters that won't scrape off. I will not hesitate to buy again for my next project.

Very nice product. Seals great and has nice hardware. Used it for an Easy Start for my 5 ton a/c unit!

It is very waterproof. I used it to keep my relay and batteries dry for my hog trap.

Exactly as advertised. Was so airtight when I received it that I thought it was possibly defective (spoiler: it was NOT defective)... Took quite a lot of force to open, only to hear the suction as I did. This thing was so airtight, I couldn't open it with the negative internal pressure from flight, excellent!

Good price to quality/option ratio. I like that it has hole for a lock on the door; would prefer for a larger lock hole diameter... to fit the standard safety locks. "Glass" is dirty, scratched and scuffed up. :( It came in a plastic shrink wrap, so I assume that it was damaged at the factor. Makes me wonder about what other things they overlooked, so I bumped the review down another grade just because I assume it could be a little more rugged at the hinges.. An ounce of quality control would make this a five star product for me.
