If I buy 3, can they communicate with each other at 100 miles between each ?

You can do that with ANY Hf rig. The 991a when in stock can be obtained for about $1,300 at other sites. Btw

Does the transceiver come with a microphone?

Yes, it comes with the MH-31A8J Hand Microphone which I use. The M-1 or M-100 might be a nice addition but a bit pricey :)

Does this do system fusion and can this be setup with a hotspot?

Yes it does system fusion, C4FM. I don’t know about the hotspot question

Does this this radio talk on CB band?

No. You can only transmit on US amateur radio bands. You can listen to CB, but can't talk.
