Following the keto diet for the last 4 months, I’d come to terms with missing out on a lot of foods. But I decided to give this a shot, and I’m very glad I did. The recommendation for serving size, like most cereals, is 30g, meaning 10 per pack. Yes, this is small. But if you’re following keto, have it with either double cream or yoghurt, and it’s satisfying enough to more than make up for this. The cinnamon taste is present but not overkill, and you can still taste the coconut, nuts, and seeds. You can add some berries, too, of course. But it does feel like eating a cereal again, and if you’re missing that (provided you like nutty granola), you’ll love this.

God I miss granola, it’s my favourite thing but not allowed on my low carb diet. This is a game changer for breakfasts. Cinnamon is my joint favourite with the coconut version. So crunchy and yummy. Highly recommended

Absolutely Delicious!
I recently bought another brand ofketo cereal with good reviews and thought it tasted like poison so I was very apprehensive splashing out on this. But to my surprise and delight this is absolutely scrumptious! I genuinely prefer it to regular granola. I'm so impressed and excited to enjoy cereal again. It makes a keto/low carb diet sustainable. I highly recommend.

High saturated fat and tiny 30g portion
Tastes fine, but upon checking the nutrition table properly, the cereal has a very high saturated fat content. 30g is only a few mouthfuls worth so the heaped bowl shown in the photos is probably half a bag of this cereal or more.Be mindful that a small 60g serving of this cereal has almost 15g of saturated fat so it is probably not the best choice if you want to consume only 20g of saturated fat a day for better health.Personally, I will finish this bag, but will look for another Keto cereal like Catalina Crunch that has less saturated fat and sold in the U.K.

Yummy and versatile
This is a great snack to grab a handful of on the go or I like to blend it up, add a bit of chocolate protein powder and coconut oil and make little chunks of loveliness which I keep in the freezer
