MG217 Psoriasis Dead Sea Exfoliating Bar Soap - Dead Sea Salt, Mud, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E & Rose Geranium Oil for Psoriasis Skincare, 3.2oz

Been using this for a week along with CeraVe psoriasis cream on my hands which have bad plaque psoriasis that cracks and bleeds weekly. Already seeing a difference. No more cracks, bleeding, burning, or itching. The soap has a rose fragrance from natural geranium essentil oil, and doesnt dry out my hands. Its nice. The clay side feels weird and doesnt lather as well as the salt side, but that doesnt effect its effectiveness. And its not expensive like topical prescription medications that are often greasy and dont work! Just got the MG217 coal tar gel today, i was expecting a nasty tar smell, but it also has a pleasant light floral scent and the tar isnt very stong smelling and it fades so you dont have that smell following you everywhere. I just smell a slight floral scent when doing things with my hands. Absorbs real quick too. Definitely will be trying more MG217 products. :)

Wish it was bigger. Works great for my psoriasis areas and smells pretty good as well. I would recommend for people with psoriasis. As with most psoriasis products it works very well on some of the spots and not as well on others. Calms itching. Doesn't help my scalp psoriasis very much.

This psoriasis bar soap does feel soothing and gentle, with Dead Sea minerals and moisturizing ingredients that help soften dry, flaky skin. It’s safe enough for full‑body use, but here’s the catch: the bar is tiny. At $7, the compact size is an understatement. If you forget you’re holding a miniature soap, it will be gone in an instant. Because of that, I’ve learned to use it only on the areas that really need attention—like the dry patches on my back—and then switch to another cleanser for the rest of my body. It’s hard to maneuver such a small bar across larger focus areas, and it disappears quickly if you’re not careful. While it does provide relief, the size and price make it less practical for everyday, full‑body use. For me, it’s more of a targeted treatment than a go‑to soap.
