What is the expiration date on the oatmeal?

Sept 2015 is "Sell by" date on my most recent purchase.

The label does not state non-gmo, like the label on my container says. why not? is this non-gmo? thanks for the help!

The kernels are cut so it cooks faster. It may contain less fiber but it still has all the nutritional value of whole steel cut oatmeal
