I had been feeling REALLY UNWELL for months now. I'm a 29 year old Female that weighs 135 pounds at 5' 5' who eats slightly better than the general American. I eat loosely Keto for about a year and a half now ( was diagnosed with a wheat allergy) with occasional cheats. I WAS drinking soda and indulging in Pizza and burgers here and there . I'm "generally healthy" ( according to the Doctor) but DID NOT feel like it. I don't suffer from any major health issues except for Migraines and Allergies and some minor joint pain since high school. Recently( that last year or so), my migraines were out of control. I began to be bedridden for days at a time with nausea and vomiting. My gastrointestinal health decreased and I've been hospitalized 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years for vomiting like 20 times in a night (couldn't even keep water down), diarrhea, and dehydration but there was never a real cause or a cure, it seemed. My joints started hurting like crazy, I had EXTREME fatigue, muscle pain and weakness, i felt like my legs were made out of jello and cement and the same time, I experienced a lot of heartburn even after implementing a more legitimate Keto style diet( ghee butter, MCTs, and healthy oils like olive, avocado and grape-seed, less or no carbs). I had a ton of brain fog, declined memory and cognitive function, depression, anxiety, sudden PTSD ( I'm married to a Veteran who passed on this "gift" to me, Thank you U.S. Government!) , I experienced shortness of breath. I hated cuddling because i felt literally out of breath and claustrophobic. Basically I felt like life was starting to become unbearable, unlivable, and miserable. After doing research and testing my RO water, i realized the filters were not at all lasting as long as they should've and that i had been consuming very acidic water for a long time. Also, as I stated earlier, drinking soda( it WAS my vice). The first strip shows what my urine was like before any changes to my liquid consumption. When i saw this, it scared the bejeezus out of me! I immediately stopped drinking soda, coffee (my other vice), and any water that was below a PH of 7( don't drink Ozarka, Smart Water, or Coca Cola's Dasani). I started drinking more alkaline forming teas with no sugar and Spring water or alkaline water. I also began taking 1/4 teaspoon of Food Grade Aluminum free Sodium Bicorbonate in spring water 1-2 times daily along with lemon water. The results were immediate. The samples in the photos were taken THE SAME DAY! Wow, what a difference. After 3 weeks, my heartburn has significantly decreased, my joint pain is almost non existent, my legs feel lighter and springy, and I have not had any issues with vomiting or nausea. My brain fog has cleared up a lot and I am finding myself with shorter headaches and less intensity. I no longer have to take pills to kill the migraine. This could also be because I'm avoiding wheat and gluten more strictly now, but i feel like the acidity was the main culprit lately due to the drastic change in my feeling unwell. I'm starting to feel like my old self again, my younger adolescent self. It was so scary to think that I was 29 and it was only going to get worse. I couldn't allow that and I searched for answers. I never knew these even existed until now. I am amazed I could get 100 for such a reasonable price!! They are so easy to use. Just dip a q tip in desired place for testing then wipe into the strip tip. Compare to the chart and bam you know your ph! I am someone who has fought yeast infections and acidity my whole life. I can now finally after 33 years check my levels and adjust my died accordingly. They seem super accurate although I’m not sure how to compare for accuracy. I trust them as it showed exactly what I should be at with the infection I had. The color chart is super easy to read as it is on the bottle and you don’t have to keep an additional sheet. They seem pretty sturdy as well! I would highly recommend for any women to keep track of your vaginal health!

The test strips work fine but have a 2 year window to be used, I just received these and there is less than 3 months left on the manufactures shelf life. I'm updating my review because the seller responded refunding my purchase! Great customer service.

The taste is overwhelming but I still managed to get it down the price was okay

I ordered the PH strips to do the saliva test to check the levels of my family. I found the test strips to be very easy to use and match to the correct colors. I did find keeping the box and using that chart was a little easier to compare the color with. My daughter did her strip first and after the 15 seconds we compared on the color chart and found her results...I was making sure we had the right match and noticed I kept moving up the chart the longer we let it go. I believe you should check right at the 15 seconds, I do think it keeps getting darker after that and I found we had to keep moving up on the chart until we were all the way at the end. My husband and I then each did one and went with the color at the 15 second mark and noticed ours kept getting darker and darker the longer we waited. So, I am not sure if that is a correct assumption or not but I believe it to be the case. At any rate, it is very easy to read and very helpful.

Ho già acquistato due confezioni nel tempo a causa di una disbiosi cronica della flora batterica vaginale. Quando non sto bene il pH è blu (pH maggiore) e quando sto bene il pH è verde chiaro/verde acido (pH basso). Quando inizio a vedere una variazione verso il blu utilizzo i miei probiotici vaginali e ripristino subito la situazione! Per cui mi aiuta a monitorare come sto. Attendibile perché mi dà sempre riscontro corretto con il mio stato di salute. L'importante è chiudere bene il flacone perché non prenda umidità. Attenzione, rileva disbiosi o infezioni batteriche che causano variazioni del pH. La candida, ad esempio, che non è un batterio, non necessariamente causa cambiamenti del pH, per cui potrebbe non rilevarla! Consigliato!

I don’t know how but I had an obvious yeast infection and the strips gave me level 4.5. It always turns out as a 4.5 for me?!

Prodotto ottimo, funziona molto bene. È molto pratico utilizzarlo, e serve per vedere quando si è in chetogenica se la dieta funziona. Serve anche per uso medico in caso di qualche malattia, ma funziona bene ed è di facile utilizzo.
