I bought Amandean Boswellia Serrata Extract to help with my back pain from bulging discs. Boswellia is an anti-inflammatory & what I need is to reduce the inflammation in my back. I feel it is helping relieve my back pain.

I have been taking this for years. It keeps the OA inflammation in my hands, elbows and knees. It reduced the swelling down to normal in my fingers, and I have no pain. Reputable company and excellent supplement.

Really helps with joint pain.

The quality of this item is outstanding. I have been using them for joint problems for years now!

I take one capsule a day for minor joint pain. It helps somewhat but not as to give complete relief. I tried taking 2 capsules but it was too much for me. It was not a very good feeling, stomach wise.

So first of all, most of the time it takes some time using something like this to see if it's working. So I can't comment on that just yet, but I have had no side effects even taking one in the morning and one in the evening. I'm not saying you should do that; follow the label. Can't comment on quality yet; there's no smell unless you open the capsule and add it to food. Size: a little hard for me to swallow them, but I can. So if you have trouble swallowing pills, that's something to consider.
