These really have helped me sleep- I take a couple about an hour before I go to bed and I have had much better sleep-through nights than ever before. And, re.the taste - whilst for me this is the least important thing I noticed that many reviews seem bothered by it, so the taste – the taste is very nice, very pleasant I could eat them like sweets and they don’t particularly stick to your teeth. But If they do presumably you clean your teeth before you go to bed at night! I highly recommend this product, it really has helped me and I don’t think it’s bad value for money for a month’s supply .

I only write reviews if I think the product is worth buying and I think this one is. I have since gone on to buy 2 more gummy vitamins from this company which I am awaiting delivery of. I was suffering with restless legs at night and general aching in bed. I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep because of it. I had no idea what it was, I wasn’t expecting it to be a lack of magnesium. I also wasn’t expecting much from these gummies to be honest, as they taste lovely and are like chewy sweets. In fact, I could eat them like sweets! After only taking them for a day my symptoms stopped and I could finally sleep!! I have to admit, that for the first 5 days I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night to get them into my system. I am not recommending doing this to anyone as it is probably not safe to take that many. But, I was absolutely beside myself in bed at night and just wanted to get some decent sleep. I don’t know if the aches and pains will come back, or if it is just a coincidence, but I felt I really had to recommend these gummies to anyone suffering with the same thing. For the past couple of days I have been taking the recommended 2 a day and they are still working. I’ve only had these for just over a week so it’s early days. I have ordered the Iron gummies and the B12 gummies to go with these, so we will see. I absolutely recommend these vitamins.

These magnesium gummies are really good. They taste great and are super easy to include in my nightly routine. After a short time, I’ve felt more relaxed in the evenings and my sleep has improved a bit. A simple and effective way to unwind.

It's tasty, easy on the stomach and after a month taking it I can feel the difference. I'm more energetic, much less tired so I ordered another one. The only negative part is the price. Very expensive.

This was my second time of purchasing these gummies. I have no idea why but I had no problems when taking the first jar but half way through, I discarded these. I’m pretty sure the taste was identical the first lot I bought, it was more that my palate got jaded and the aftertaste became a little too much. Unlike other gummies I take, these perhaps due to the influence of the Magnesium lack the strong fruity taste that a gummy needs. Instead I was left with a rather metalic aftertaste.

These do exactly what they say on the tub! I prefer the gummy ones, as I take medication that means that some vitamins don't get absorbed properly. These are super chewy (and for some they may be too sticky, so bare this in mind if you have false teeth or plates), but it means that you keep them in your mouth for a long time. I find that I don't need 2 every day, and some days I only take 1. They have really helped me with sleep, but also with my digestion, which is an added bonus.

Live these gummies. They re soft and taste really nice. I take 1 or 2 before falling asleep. Sometimes I sleep through until 5am, other times im awake every 2 hours so not sure if they help with sleep or not but im taking them as apparently we're all low on magnesium and they taste really good
