Is this helmet made in China?

If it has a name like Yema, it is most likely made in China. Since they cannot sell them with Chinese characters written on them (not in the west anyway), they often translate to Pinyin. This looks like Pinyin.

I need a large size but only see xl offered how can I buy the large?
