I volunteer in a Soup Kitchen where I do a lot of peeling and dicing. I ordered this, not understanding the julienne slicing feature. I am able to julienne some veggies instead of a lot of chopping and dicing.The blades are sharp and cut well so some care should be taken when hand-washing this slicer.

So easy to use, cleaning is a breeze. Lightweight but sturdy. Making healthy meals is my goal. This is a great addition and works so well

I use this almost every day (I eat a lot of salad). I love putting julienned zucchini & carrots on my salads. It feels so...deluxe. I have a couple of problems with the peeler function. One is, I wonder why they didn't make it "smooth" instead of kind of corrugated. It's not really a problem, it's just..The basic difference between this and an old-fashioned peeler is that with the old ones, the blade is in the same direction as the handle. With this, it is at 90 degrees to the handle, so it's not as, I don't know, ergonomic. Not that it doesn't do a great job; it does. But I find peeling with this thing a little awkward for certain things, although that could be because I've spent a lifetime peeling things with only one type of peeler. I also miss having something to dig out potato eyes, so I will probably get another old-fashioned peeler to do that. As far as the julienne function goes, it's great. But because I'm going to end up getting a standard peeler for the non-julienne function, I'm giving it 4 stars.

I purchased this because I want to make zucchini spirals to replace spaghetti. I have used it for that but also for peeling cukes. Works great, cheaper than other spiral tools and is of great quality.

This is a tool that is fun to use and can provide a new dimension to your culinary skills.

Threw it right in the trash can. You’re continually cleaning it due to it plugging up…when you get close , your fingers are right there and came close to cutting myself. Tried it on zucchini, potato and carrots…

I bought this in an attempt to use it to make "zoodles" (zucchini noodles) because I didn't want to buy a spiralizer (normally used exclusively for zoodles) and wanted a tool that could do more. This tool is sharp and it does cut well. Its great for peeling and Julienne-ing. Great for adding shredded carrots to salad, ect. But it didn't really do what I wanted it to for my zoodles because it can only cut in a back and forth motion, so it really just shredds the veggies. And thats fine. They are still edible and it cuts great, but its just not serving the purpose I was hoping it would. Its not really Unves fault, but I have no one else to blame. So it only gets a 3 star review. Sorry.
