Have suffered with leg cramps alot in desperation tried this after other product I used Crampex no longer available. It does the job but it's just so ridiculously expensive for my small household budget.

Wonderful
I have had restless leg syndrome for at least 10yrs and on medication which is brilliant but the last month has been horrendous, so I googled it and it mentions low magnesium sooo in desperation I thought I would give this a try โฆ I thought it was expensive but when your suffering money doesnโt matter and after 2 nights of taking this ALL good,no discomfort and back to sleeping again,if this is a problem for you then Iโd give it a try ๐ค

Eliminates leg cramps!
If you suffer with extremely painful leg cramps, then take just one of these capsules per day. I was up all night with absolutely the worst cramps, then I found this product on Amazon and thought Iโd give it a try, (after using another product ,which was more expensive) . I do not have leg cramps anymore and I can sleep much better, too.
