What colour is the lead wire? Is there a plug attached?

The lead wire is clear and there is an attachment to fit INTO a plug. Or into a computer. Basically there isnt a plug attached which in all honesty is better as often plugs are quite noticeable and stick out of the wall. To be slightly more specific as I have purchased over the last year or so, several of these incredibly hard wearing lights the ones with just the connection not the plug seem better? The plug to fit these lights is universal so cant go wrong? Sorry such a muddled answer??

Would you see the copper colour wire on a white tree?

Not sure if you would see the wire when lit up as its very fine wire and lovely bright lights.

I would say about 2 to 3 foot long
