Where is Cara Dune in this set? Why is she not included?

Last year Disney severed ties with Gina Carano, the actor who portrays Cara Dune, due to Tweets she wrote comparing anti-vaxxers to Holocaust victims. All plans for the character, including future toys, were canceled. Cara Dune minifigs are currently available in the AT-ST Raider, one of the easiest sets to find. This will most likely be the last LEGO appearance of the character.

Can the turret do a 360 if not why?

No, it only has about 180 degrees rotation due to the construction of the turret interior. It bumps into the interior of the hull.

How can I just get the instructions?

You can get the instructions from the Lego mobile app. Install that on a tablet or phone and you can download the set instructions that way.
