Very easy to use on my natural dark brown hair twists: apply to damp hair which has been WELL moisturised with hair cream. After applying the wax then seal with a hair oil or gel. Air dry. The result: natural looking golden highlights and well defined revived hair twists and most importantly no hair damage or flakes! Lasts for approximately 4 or 5 days and easily washes out when washing my hair. Well worth the purchase if you are looking for a change in hair colour but don’t want to use permanent dyes on your hair.

Works GREAT! Tried it in my daughters who has 3A hair works beautifully! Tried it in mine for carnival (4C hair) Works amazing. Ones it dries it shines in the sun.

A bit gold for me but I was impressed by the colour and coverage. Just a small amount totally transformed my hair colour. I have 3c hair and it coated and set like a curl cream on dry hair. Would have given 5 stars but the colour was more gold and I was expecting more blonde

I’m quite disappointed because I was hoping. First, the pigment was off, it looked yellow than blonde when I applied. It also just turned to flakes and didn’t have any effect on my hair. Except there’s a different way to apply, I do not recommend for 4c hair.

This is a great product if you want colour without any commitment or damage to your hair. I bought bombshell and I have 4a hair, some curls are more tight in the back and loose at the front. Pros: 1. quick and easy to apply, can go on wet or dry hair. My hair was dry but I’ll probably do it on damp hair in future after a co-wash 2. Great colour pay off, looks surprisingly natural once it settles into your hair 3. It doesn’t stain your hands, but use gloves if you prefer. 4. Light & creamy texture which retains most of the curls & moisture in your hair. Still hydrate your hair though. 5. You can use products on top without issues. I’d recommend styling prior to or in conjunction with this product though. Cons: 1.The size is smaller than the picture would have you believe. A little product takes you far, so it’s not a huge issue 2. It stretched some out looser curls which didn’t bounce back- this might be down to my application or hair texture though. Not a huge issue since it’s not permanent 3. If you play with your hair often (guilty), expect some gold dust on your top lol. Or just don’t play around with your hair too much. Overall I definitely recommend this product and will buy a few more colours for when I fancy a change.

This product smells nice, it's texture feels alot like a wax and can make the hair become hard and can take longer to dry. I just don't like the flakes that gets onto everything.

Great product! Pros: color looks great! Application is easy. Doesn’t dry hair out. Color last for several days. Great for kinky and curly hair. Doesn’t flake. Works well with other gels and products just allow them to absorb and lightly mist hair to apply. Washes out easily. Smooth texture not sticky Cons: will transfer after awhile on headrest or pillow, travel size needed

This hair wax has helped me during my awkward hair growth process.. I wanted to try a different shade of color and before I committed to it I tried the color wax. It looked really nice and folks noticed I had changed something but couldn't put their finger on it! It brightens my faded color and helps me stretch out the time between root touchups. It is thick need gummy, but when it dries it is better than gel to keep my hair in place! No frizz, it definitely controls those because it coats my hair coils. The shimmer makes it look like highlights. It may not be for everyone but it works for me and makes my curly hair styles more versatile!

Great product for a quick color change. It was easy to apply. Various techniques, applying to wet hair vs dry, cause different results. I've used it on both. I've also used it as a sealant after moisturizing my hair. I had no flaking as long as I kept my hair in a twist or there was no manipulation. Once I did a twist out, a mess. But remember this is a temporary color so expectations should not be set too high. It did what it was supposed to do. After a week of flaking I had to wash it all out. There was a transfer of color on clothes, skin, furniture. I even left a trail on my floors which thankfully can easily be wiped up. So if you want a cute quick style change and pop of color, go for it. Just know what to expect and don't expect permanent dye results with a wax. Oh and I have 4c hair. This realllly helped define my curls. It was worth the flakage LOL
