I been taking this now for about a month. And i will say its helped me tremendously! I have more energy, my recovery at the gym is remarkable, and my endurace, in more than one way.. have been great! Its helped with my mood. Im not quick to anger, im alot more calm. Alert, and my thought process is crystal. I say go for it. Yeah it taste like pot resin, but just take it like a pill with some water or milk and your gold. God bless
