​i purchase this kapiva shilajit almost 2 weeks before. honestly it is very good product. before using this i was feeling very tired and lazy in evening time but now my energy has increased. I take one spoon in warm water daily. Daily dose is essential so don't skip. ​taste is not good (shilajit isn't tasty thing) but it is original ayurvedic product so its ok. mixing is easy. after drinking i feel active for full day. also good for gym workout. price is also good for 20g. I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer!
