I work out at home and try using different supplements to understand how my body and mind are reacting to it. after a lot of research, I decided to try this product. after taking it for 2 weeks my whole world has gone upside down. My energy levels dropped drastically and I was feeling more sleepy during office hours. I tried reducing the dosage quantity but the effects remained the same. No major changes in my workout. Creatine alone was giving me a good amount of strength to work out. So the moral of the story is "Do not get influenced by these fitness influencers". It's a big market and all the influencers are paid well to promote it. I would personally not recommend it to anyone. This might help people who are smokers and drinkers and people who live a poor lifestyle. But if you live a balanced life eat healthily and have a good sleep of 7 to 8 hours per night, it will help you with having good testosterone naturally without this supplement. but if you wish to try it, then go for it. the results might vary from person to person.

I have read up that Fulvic Acid helps to reduce fatigue and improves mental alertness. The taste is very strong as the base is asphalt (yes, the stuff they use on roads). I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer! I noticed after the 2nd week that my fatigue had reduced and after a month, my mental sharpness has certainly improved, especially after that 2pm slump! Its good stuff! Give it a go!
