I like it but when I unplug it and plug it back in it doesn’t remember my temperature I set. I use it for cannabis seeds. It’s great it’s the best fridge I had for cannabis seeds. No complaints, she’s a stunner, super sleek

Arrived early and product received was as advertised. Working as advertised so far. Only had it since Christmas 2025

I gave it a five in hopes it will be read. This is a 3 star as of now. Does not hold humidity, the display panel doesn't display the temp correctly, and not enough cedar to make it properly functional. The display panel is missing lines for the numbers, so I have a difficult time knowing if it's reading 63 or 68 or 67 or 69. It does hold and adjust. By the time you place enough rh packets or Rh gel containers it may hold 60 cigars. I feel if it had cedar lined walls it would hold the rh better and I would fit 120 cigars. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and I am concerned it will not last. As of right now not impressed. I just purchased some cedar boards I'm going to a fit them on the sides to see if the will help hold the RH. If it goes out I will give another review. As of now 3 star. If my cedar board trick works and it lasts 4 star. If it came with cedar walls I'm sure the RH wouldn't be as big of an issue and 5 star would be just as long as its working.

I bought this to replace my wooden humidor which was nearly impossible to keep well regulated for humidity control even after multiple seasonings and went through Boveda packs like crazy. I viewed several YouTube reviews of this product and decided to buy it. Overall all I am very pleased with it, there is plenty of room for cigars, I typically do not have more than 50 or so in it but there is plenty of room for more. It does a great job of keeping the temp steady and humidity controlled (still using Bovida packs for that). The only ding I am going to give it is for noice. It is not loud, but there is a constant whirring motor sound that revs up and down. All the reviews I saw online mentioned it was quiet and maybe their other thermoelectric humidors are noisier than this is, but I find it kind of annoying as I have it in my office and am constantly listening to it. Right now I do not have a better room for it so...just kind of try to ignore it.

This humidor is beautiful, but its quality is also top ,excellent temperature and humidity control, recommended

I purchased this Cigar Humidor in June 6, 2023. I have contacted you regarding that this unit Temperature for some reason wouldn't go below 75.6 degrees and I loss $400.00 of VERY EXPENSIVE CIGARS. I've sent you pictures of what was going on with the Temperature and because you are located in China the Communication and Help has been Horrible. I did everything you told with the Troubleshooting and it still doesn't work. I understand that there is a Time difference between us and waiting for your response at 2/3am in the morning really doesn't make any sense what so ever. Email after Email after Email and still No Help From NEEONEUS! When I 1st got this Humidor is working just fine and this. Your Email said that it could be the Control Board or the the Freon. Well that sounds like to that you are Not standing behind your product. Shame On You!!! After back and forth emails with this company this what I can tell you. Don't Buy this Humidor. They only care about selling you something that will FAIL and don't waste your time dealing with Customer Service.

I'm a part-time cigar smoker, meaning I don't smoke everyday, but I know my cigars will be fresh and ready to be smoked after being in this humidor.

Ive had it fir anout a month and so far so good. If loaded the light on top doesn't do much for lower shelves maybe they could add side lights.

In your description you all saying I have a warranty one year and I don't know whom to contact to get this piece replaced…. it is not working!!!!!
