Keeping My Cold-Blooded Buddies Cozy!
I recently switched to the Lucky Herp 75W Ceramic Heat Emitter for my reptile crew, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer! As a reptile enthusiast, creating the perfect environment for my scaly pals is crucial, and this heat emitter has proven to be an essential part of the equation.First off, the 75W power is just right for maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature in my reptile enclosures. Whether it's for basking or creating a cozy nighttime spot, this ceramic heat emitter delivers the warmth my cold-blooded buddies need. The durability of the ceramic build is impressive. I've had other heat lamps that seem to burn out or shatter far too often. The Lucky Herp emitter has been going strong, and the ceramic design disperses heat evenly, preventing any hotspots that could be harmful to my pets.Installation was a breeze – it fits perfectly into standard sockets, and the lack of light emitted is a big plus for replicating a natural day/night cycle. It doesn't disrupt their sleep patterns, and it's perfect for nocturnal reptiles. One thing that sets this heat emitter apart is its silent operation. No buzzing or humming sounds that can be irritating, both for me and my reptiles. It's practically invisible, doing its job without making a fuss. The fact that it's suitable for both reptiles and amphibians is a huge convenience. I have a mix of animals, and having a versatile heat source simplifies the setup of their habitats. In conclusion, the Lucky Herp 75W Ceramic Heat Emitter has earned its spot as my go-to heat source for reptiles. It's reliable, efficient, and I appreciate the attention to detail in its design. If you're looking for a top-notch ceramic heat emitter, look no further. Lucky Herp has got your reptile heating needs covered!

Work Great to Heat Terrarium Without Light
These are perfect in colder or winter months to keep your reptile's habitat at the right temperature without making it uncomfortable with additional light - especially at night. These get pretty hot according to my heat gun so be careful of placement and make sure your terrarium's top area is the proper material to avoid melting or safety hazards. Highly recommended!

Great for heating up small spaces with not a lot of power usage
I live in the downstairs of a house (single family home converted into a duplex) and it gets cold down there even, or especially, in the summer when the AC is running like crazy. I put one of these in the bathroom and another in my kitchen and they work well to provide a bit of warmth. They only pull 75 watts of power, which is fairly minimal. (a standard space heater pulls around 1500 watts by comparison)I've had the one in my bathroom plugged in since I got it, and I haven't had any issues, so the build quality seems to be good. They seem to be safe to use, as well.I'd recommend this if you need to provide warmth to animals in an enclosure, want to provide a little more heat to a grow tent, or like me, just use it in strategic spots to provide a little extra warmth without skyrocketing the electric bill.

Pretty good bulbs
This is my first time buying this type of bulbs for my bearded dragon. As soon as I heard the ones I’ve been using (only at night) could be harmful for him, I immediately bought these. I just have plugged them in so I can’t say anything for certain yet, but they definitely work!

One of these lights does a great job keeping my one week old baby chicks, nice and warm
I was worried that 75 W would not keep my 1 week old babies warm. But they slept safe and sound all night long last night. I would advise you not to ever touch that bulb with your bare hands. I did & I quickly let go of it. It is very hot, even though it doesn’t appear so. I do like that it is not super bright (like the red one I used to use on my other chicks), so I can have it on all night long and still sleep. (They have to stay in my room because of a cat). I’m glad it’s a two pack of lights because if I use up the one, I’ve still got the second one left . I would definitely buy them again .

Works Great for Heating a Small Area
The 75-Watt version works great for raising the temperature inside my 3x3x3' dog house by 30 degrees farenheit. I plug it in for my dog when the outside temp drops below 35 degrees farenheit. It keeps my german shephard pup warm and happy until morning when the temperature climbs back up and she is ready to crawl back outside. Bare in mind, my dog house is one of those super insulated ASL-Solutions dog houses that i sealed up meticulously with quad sealant. (double-wall foam insulated).Be careful using anything over 75 watts unless you have bought an appropriately rated bulb holder that will not catch fire....with that said, many people would be perfectly happy with the 50-Watt version too, just depends where you live. i.e. - how cold it gets there.

Good for veiled chameleon
I use this with a larger dome (8.5”) to get a good heat distribution in the terrarium. Works well. I turn it off at night to get a natural temperature drop.
