Mostly Excellent
I had first bought a q 10 (both black and white). They were adverstised as being compatible with T-Mobile (my carrier) They were the SQN 100-1 model. I was never able to get anything but 2G Edge (and weak at that) on phone calls. It were never work on 4G LTE. I changed Sim cards and did some other things to no avail. The correct model for a Q 10 for TMobile is the SQN 100-5. However there were none of those to buy. So I returned those and bought a "like new" Classic. it works fine for calls and everything else. It is the SQN 100-4, which is the T-Mobile model. I receive excellent 4G LTE service. It's a good phone, but I prefer the Q 10 in some ways. I like it's smaller and lighter size. The Classic is pretty heavy. The toolbelt on the Classic is nice but somewhat confusing with a touch screen. The Q 10 seemed simpler to use. It also had a removable battery. The enclosed battery in the Classic however lasts significantly longer. The Classic is easier to view in sunlight. It's really an excellent phone and a great value, just a bit hefty and slightly complicated. I like smaller simple phones like the Curve 9315 I had previously. I guess the Classic is a good compromise for what's available. The keyboard is excellent also, although I preferred the slightly narrower keyboard on the Q10. And Amazon provided very quick and excellent customer service through all the transactions.

Loving it!
Loving it. Works perfectly for what I wanted it for which is not having Google track my every move, listen to everything I say and spam me with ads, etc. One star off because one of the speakers in the bottom does not work and that was not listed in the description. But if you're looking for a phone that calls, texts, connects to your bluetooth, has 4gLTE, wifi, hotspot, and more, without all the frills that cost you your privacy, this is the phone for you. The downside is that BB10 operating system is no longer being updated so this will likely only be a good solution for a couple of years. But still worth the money for that even.

Works Great on T-Mobile
I got this Blackberry Classic to replace the one that took a dive in my swimming pool with me. The phone arrived on time, I plugged in my SIM card from T-Mobile and it started right up.

Love Blackberry
Love my new Blackberry. I missed it when I lost my last one. I had to change phone companies b/c the one I had would not "reconnect" my new blackberry. Has more features than I use. The only feature I don't like is having to close whatever program I'm in, or it stays open on the main page. Other than that it's great. Thank you Blackberry!

All Around Good Phone / However, May Be Unlocked
The phone is just as described and it perfect condition as I bought it "Used - Like-New" condition. It says it is for T-Mobile and is definitely works with T-Mobile. However, once it did not read the SIM and it said AT&T as the network. Clearly and "Unlocked" phone which is not what I wanted. Everything else on the phone is good and very happy with the product as a whole.
