What’s the best type of knot or best way to secure rope at the bottom?

I just double knotted it. You can just put in a single knot. My grandson loves this swing and he is four months old

Can this be attached to a c stand?

I have two C stands that I use for hammock chairs, but when my granddaughter comes, we unhook those, position as needed, and hook this to both. It would not work to hook to just one, but if you have two, you can make it work.

Can this product go in the washing machine?

Yes it can, you can remove and place in washer, or hand wash. It’s like a cotton material

Can use indoor i live in apartment ?

Yes if you have a door frame to hang it from. It would require 2 large screw holes into the door frame to hang it
