It was my mistake to buy only the FIR heaters instead of the entire Sauna Unit. The Seller Steve called to inquire how I was going to use the heaters only. He was very helpful in suggesting how they should be used. I eventually decided to order the Sauna enclosure from him and he shipped it the same day. It works very well in causing you to sweat profusely. I do hope that it will help to relieve the arthritic pain in my feet, but I have only used it twice so far. I am very satisfied with the operation of the sauna and with the helpful service that Steve rendered to me.
