Love these. Received item today and felt immediate pain relief. My feet have been hurting so bad from plantir fascitis that I can barley walk. This kit has everything you can think of. I'm ordering another one for my husband.

I wish this had come with instructions or helpful tips as to when to use which product for the specific issue. I have been using the black ones with the extra heel support, and it seems to be helping. Overall, I am satisfied with the products; it would just be nice to have something that says 'if you are experiencing x issue, use y product.

I almost Never write a review (I'm remiss) BUT, in the case of this kit, I just had to. This is the absolute best value kit you can get for plantar fasciitis !!! (And probably for other foot ailments as well.) All the items in the kit are better quality than any that I bought individually! (And I've purchased a lot of stuff to help w my plantar fasciitis, that fell just short somehow of these.) It includes things I couldn't even find elsewhere. It also includes some little throw in extras that I didn't take time to buy. Like most things you buy, you may want to make little adjustments to make them perfect for you personally, but they are about as perfect as is as it gets. (I won't itemize each one, don't have that kind of time and their merits are self evident.) This is the best little kit you can buy! For plantar fasciitis, also buy yourself a nice little cooling bootie! (I Highly recommend "The Pain Soother Reusable Hot Foot & Cold Ice Pack Wrap for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Arch Pain, Sore Feet, Swelling - Extra Gel Pack Included", (I was not looking for a "sock" that could be a pain to pull on and off, and this fits the bill! It opens fully so it's easy to take on and off and has a velcro strap for securing. It's incredibly easy to slide the hot/cold gel pads into. And comes up fully behind the heel to cover all the bases. I am a woman with size 11 feet and the large is perfect.) And/or The "NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks (w/Compression Strap) - Extra Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Relief - (for feet, Heels, Pain, Swelling)".(Which are perfect little comfy socks to lounge in, while helping to soothe your aching "dogs" (your feet). They also have easy the slide in reusable hot/cold gel inserts. I recommend these for everyone, whether they have foot issues or not, to sooth their feet after walking. Also bought the large in these and there's plenty of room to spare. In fact, I will be buying these booties for all the adults in my immediately family for Christmas this year :-) And, although this all sounds too good, No, I did not receive Any sort of compensation for any of these items. It was just a lot of trial, error and returns, until I found these 3 items. Hope you all heal soon and that these items help you in some way!

I really liked this set and found several of the products to be very helpful for my heel issues. I appreciate that it includes multiple items to choose from, allowing you to mix and match what works best for you. For me, the gel heel spur pad paired with the compression socks provided excellent support and relief for my heels. The heel sleeves were also helpful, but the bottom hem caused a bit of discomfort. To work around that, I wore the compression sock over the sleeve, which helped create a smoother and more comfortable feel. Unfortunately, the arch supports were completely unusable for me. One was extremely loose and kept sliding off my foot, while the other fit fine—but having only one usable arch support isn’t very helpful. I contacted customer service to see if a replacement was possible, but I never received a response and my service ticket was eventually closed, which was disappointing. Another issue I encountered was with the compression sock stitching. After just one wash, some of the threading began to come apart. I can still use it for now, but it doesn’t seem like it will hold up through another wash. Overall, there are some great, helpful items in this set, but quality control and customer service could definitely be improved.

This item is why it’s hard to buy on Amazon. I would not have bought if I saw this on a store shelf. Nice idea to have multiple items for sore feet but all items were inferior, little material used in each. I will be lucky if items only last a few times of wearing.

Exactly what I needed! As a single mom of 4....I can't afford to NOT be moving, so this helped with my foot pain Tremendously!! 😊

My husband bought me this kit, I often wont buy things for myself. I am very glad he did because it made me realize relief is possible and that I could walk without the excruciating pain in my heel and arches..... but the kit itself was useless for the most part...I have extremely high arches and put a lot of weight on my heel also. I need the arch support and the heel cushion to help my issue...... The socks were totally useless, the heel gel was gross to wear... The heel wrap was ok but provided very little cushion alone. the arch support wrap was way to loose to stay so I used the heel wrap to help hold it in place. It definitely helped initially but after 2 weeks of wearing it in my shoe I noticed the arch support was flat and no longer helping and my pain in my foot was getting worse again. this product did initially allow me to walk with minimal foot pain so it gets 2 stars but it barely lasted 2 weeks. It did however make me look elsewhere for better products!

The products aren't worth your time or effort. Half the stuff was big and the rest was too small. How hard is it to do QA checks.
