This is a great product that I wish I had found a lot sooner. I am a controls technician and use my computer on a job site daily. This tripod is excellent quality and very secure to hold my laptop on construction sites with ease. It breaks down to a very easily portable size and is lightweight and easy to carry. It's height is adjustable for standing or sitting . The mousepad is a bit small but I use a trackball so it was not an issue for me as I don't need to move it around . Highly recommend this to anyone what's the use the laptop in multiple locations.

Quik Lok LPH-004 Fully Adjustable Tripod-Base Universal Laptop Holder I've used Quik-Loc laptop stands for several years and the only problem I've had has been related to the riser and tripod adjustment/locking cap screw threads stripping. The screw is made from cheap and brittle pot metal and the locking nut appears to be much harder forged steel resulting in the failure of the screw threads. The first stand's adjustment/locking screw threads failed after about 1.5 years with each new stand's failed in a progressively shorter period of time; with the most recent stand, Model LPH-004, purchased during January, 2018 failed today, May 18, 2018. After the first stand failed I began lubing the screws with Mobil 28 grease hoping to prolong the life of the threads without success. I was always careful not to over-tighten and only applied enough force to lock the riser or tripod. Unfortunately, I have not been able to obtain repair parts so the entire stand is trash when the threads fail. Otherwise, outside of the crappy adjustment/locking screws, it's a decent product, but it becomes useless trash because of the faulty design and application of the adjustment/locking screws & nuts. This is a failure of pretty basic application & design principles so it smells of planned obsolescence. Beware.

It's time to stop balancing the laptop and phone on top of stacked furniture! Zwift users rejoice! The Quick Lok LPH-004 stand will do the job. Its height adjusts much higher than any sport-specific stand, and the table tilts. The phone/remote control/trackball/mouse stand tilts independently of the table. In case you forget to securely fasten the side grabby things, the table has a swell, rubber cover to keep your precious laptop from sliding off. The construction is plenty robust, and the stand is stable even on carpet. An added bonus is the stand arrives fully assembled - just pull it out of the box and set 'er up. Ride on! In the photo, the top of the brake hoods are about 41 inches off the floor. And, the stand is not fully extended. UPDATE: Almost a year later and I still love this stand! It's been solid and versatile.

I use this when we travel around to perform in concert and it works pretty well. Fairly compact and quick and easy to set up. Has some weight to it, which is a good thing, to help keep it steady.

As a solo musician and Entertainer using electronic backup for my performances, I needed a sturdy yet compact service for my laptop and my tablet. After looking at many different brands and models, I decided to give this one a try and was not disappointed. For the price, this collapsible stand cannot be beat. It adjusts to the perfect height and allows me to quickly access a backup tracks on my laptop or on my tablet. Wish I had known about this product several years earlier because it would have made my life so much easier.

This stand is solidly built and heavy. It holds my MacBook Air without any problems. But I actually bought it as a stand for my Roland JD-XI synth keyboard (a small 37-key unit). It works really well. There are 4 "laptop stoppers" that are adjustable to block any accidental bump that might throw the keyboard off. The only con is the "mouse tray" that is so small that it doesn't make sense.
