I have now went through five boxes, so I think I have enough data to safely write an objective review. Here’s how I use this stuff - I use bulk protein and meat for my main intake for maintaining and growing muscle mass. I use the FF to supplement protein, but also for the collagen and connective tissue maintenance. I am not a scientist, but an off the shelf middle age man in decent shape. I’m also of a larger stature. 6’6” 240. I lift heavy, and I run, AND NOTHING HURTS. It doesn’t get any easier than this. It’s totally portable, which is big for me, I can take them to work, or just take a couple with me while I am out, and they take up minimal space. Taste is not bad at all, and it’s easily digestible. When you’re trying to hit your protein numbers, and nothing sounds good, or you don’t feel like eating, this stuff hits the spot. I’ve been taking 1-3 a day for the last five months, and this is the only variable I have changed, and nothing hurts, and I feel like I’m recovering good to where I can do back to back workouts. I do stretch before every workout though. I really think this stuff works. Gains ain’t cheap.

I love this product. It's a repair product ing with a specific collagen that not only repairs my muscles, it gives me a little energy the portability is really user friendly. I can take it anywhere. The taste is great. I love it. It's not too sweet but I do like sweet things. The value for the money is to me. Good because this is my body. This is nutrition. I back it. I love it. I use this product almost daily after my midday workout for recovery and energy boost to get through the rest of the day. I highly recommend has kind of a sour bitter taste but it grows on you and it's only a quick shot.

Love this. It’s a quick way for me to get 15g of protein or with a kick of caffeine. They taste terrible but not SO terrible you don’t want to drink it. I have them in all my bags and at work. Love them!!

I have tried a few different protein shots- trying to keep my protein consumption high. These are my favorite. Mild taste, doesn’t make me gag. Easy to open, easy to throw in my purse.

Game changer for people on the go or those that have trouble consuming enough protein. They don’t have a gross protein taste (they have a fruity sweet flavor and are super easy to get down- I actually quite enjoy them). Awesome for an on the go snack when you just don’t have time.

This product is clean, convenient and fast acting. The only downside is that it does not taste great and leaves a pretty bad aftertaste. I have been lifting for more than 30 years, and have taken every foul-tasting protein known to man. The taste can be easily chased with a flavored liquid so I do not consider this a real issue.

Tastes decent. Great pop of energy and do feel the difference on the days I use it bs don’t. Great supplement to hit goals without having to suck down a shake or eat something solid.
