Q: I’ve boiled all four pieces three times and only one has gone back to liquid state. The other three stayed crystallized and seem to not work. Help?

Mine did the same. No matter how many times I boiled them, none of them returned to their liquid state. I am returning mine since they are not useable unfortunately.
