How do you clean them

I would wipe with a damp cloth.

Are these mains wired? I’m assuming not, how do they switch on and off?

These are mains wired and operable by a normal light switch (if you have one feeding wall lights)

What is the correct lumens output of the G9 7W bulb supplied with this item please? The product info says '70' which is almost nothing!

Yes info says 70 lumen but it's much brighter circa 300 lumen

Im replacing pull cord wall lights is there an on/ off cseitch on these

No, they are wired in and switched separately
