I bought this hot glue gun for my card making not realising how handy it would become, I ordered a beautiful angel tree topper but unfortunately she was damaged during transit which meant her wings were totally detached from her body, my son suggested I use the glue gun to reattach them and it worked perfectly, then my granddaughter was playing with my new streetlamp snow globe and she dropped it which broke the top off, caused a crack in globe, broke off a corner of the top of the lamp and detached the light but again the hot glue gun came to rescue, it sealed the crack, reattached the light, stuck the top back on and reattached the broken off corner and now it looks nearly as good as new. This little glue gun has become a very welcome member of my craft tools in ways I could never have thought off and the fact it arrived a 40 glue sticks mostly clear but also a selection of glitter glue sticks I think I am going to have lots of fun seeing what else this little glue gun can do. I should also mention it has a liitle stand attached so it can sit upright on a surface keeping everything safe and so far the glue does not run out of the tip when sitting on the stand, the hot glue is only released when you pull the trigger. Having never used a glue gun before I learned very quickly that you only use it over a protected surface, while I was putting another glue stick in I had moved away from my desk and I caught the trigger which caused hot glue on my carpet, I quickly used some baby wet ones as they were at hand and they completely cleaned the glue from the carpet which I was very thankful for as the carpet had only been fitted a few weeks ago, I have since tried to find the area where the glue went and I cannot find it all. This glue gun is fantastic value for the money and proved to be very useful and I am so pleased I added this to my craft tool kit, I would recommend every household has a hot glue gun because it is so versatile.

Only used once so far but it worked well and did the job. My daughter loved the glitter glue sticks.

I wanted a small, lightweight and tactile glue gun. This met the requirement. Low power consumption, lightweight and tactile. Heats up as described and glue flows well. Please be aware of the glue strands after application. They can be allowed to cool and be wiped off with a soft cloth. The nozzle is great and allows for a certain amount of control during application, but note, it is very sensitive to pressure applied during triggering. Glue cartridges can be inserted immediately, as soon as the glue fails to be come out of the nozzle. The cut-out in the gun will show this. Have not tried cleaning, for other coloured glues. This Glue Gun must be one of the handiest little tools I’ve had! It glues almost any material and I found it very handy to glue electronic components in place too, like capacitors by bending them on a dribble of glue, sliding miniature switches in situ etc. so they won’t move in a shaky environment. Its prize is at least half of other known brands which do the same job. It also comes with 30 pieces of glue sticks as stated. Also included is a handy neat zipper pouch to store it in along with the glue sticks as seen in the pics. One important thing I noticed in this Glue Gun is the fact that the case is flame retardant, which I find to be important in these kinds of tools as they could obviously get hot, especially the tip as it has to melt the glue. I also noticed that it didn’t drip any glue while I was using it. Hope this is helpful for anyone looking for a Glue Gun which doesn’t cost much and is of good quality at the same time.

I am a newbie to using a glue gun and it took me a while to get to grips with the trigger mechanism. The video advert for this gun looked impressive so I decided to give it a try. Although the gun has a built-in stand I found this to be of little use. It was really flimsy in design. The gun itself is very small and lightweight but the mains cable is heavy and long, it kept making the gun fall over on its side. I gave up in the end and resorted to storing the gun pointing downwards in a cup to catch the drips and to stop it from tipping over. The item came with a carry case and an assortment of glue sticks. One extra that I would have expected it to be supplied with would be a silicone thimble. The hottest area of the gun was immediately in front of the trigger and the small size of the gun meant that I got my fingers burnt on it several times. The unit comes with an extended warranty which you have to apply by email for but I tried to register for it and the email bounced back several times saying it could not be delivered :( Apart from the apparent non-flammable casing material it is claimed to be made from, it did no live up to its expectations for me. All in all I would not recommend this product.

We had a fantastic Glue Gun for over six years and despite buying a few different Glue Guns nothing compared to it until we bought this one. So much so after a week of using it I tried to buy another one to have on hand but they no longer had them. It's been used mainly for Cardboard Creations.
