One of the best decisions I made was buying this fan. It arrived in good time, well packaged and completely intact. It looks beautiful sitting in the room either on the floor or on a table in front of my window to pull fresh air into the room. I'd been finding our warm weather made life uncomfortable and couldn't get cool with the small fans I've had for years, so I ordered this more high powered one. Even on level 1 it cools the room down very quickly, within five minutes it's much cooler and more comfortable. I've been giving it a short blast on the higher levels (because I actually get too cold if it's on high for too long - it's that good!), and the rest of the time setting 1 is more than good enough. The carry handle on the back makes it easy to take through to my bedroom in the evening, and the cool air has me once again enjoying a full nights sleep rather than being woken up halfway through the night due to the heat. It seems like a tough enough fan that I'm expecting to get years and years of use from it. It's hardly been switched off since I bought it and I can feel no heat at all from the motor. I can still comfortably watch TV with the fan on and hear everything clearly. It makes a noise, but I find it quiet and non-invasive. My little tuxedo cat loves lying in front of it and it's obviously giving him some relief as well - he can be a little scaredy-cat but even he isn't disturbed by the noise. If you're back and forth trying to decide on a fan I can testify to this one's looks, power and ease of use. I love it so much that I ordered a smaller, 12 inch one so that I don't have to swap this one to my bedroom in the evening. More than worth the price.

Got the 20inch version. It sounds like a jumbo jet taking off but my god it works great. Very powerful and cools the room well. The dog loves it.

Powerful- its a huge blast - made heatwave bearable, cheap and well worth the money so far

The bees knees! Sooo powerful. It isn’t quiet but I don’t care as long as I’m cool! And this has been a savour in this heatwave for my poor dogs. It cools down a reasonably large lounge quickly. Worth every penny. Solid too. It doesn’t oscillate but you can set its angle.

Extremely loud fan. It is not suitable for normal home use, so I attempted to return it. The handling of this return has been an absolute nightmare and has involved a series of errors that, taken together, are difficult to view as accidental. First, Amazon provided an Evri return code that did not work when I took the parcel to the store. After I complained, a replacement code was issued, but that one also failed. At the same time, I kept receiving emails stating that I was not responding to the seller's questions through Amazon, despite never having received any questions from the seller. I then received a message from the seller claiming they had not received the messages Amazon was supposedly sending them. After I raised the issue again, I was told that a new return label would be provided. This time, it was issued through a different courier. I took the large, heavy parcel to the nearest drop-off location listed on the return label, only to be informed that they had stopped working with that courier the day before. This was just one day after I had received the label. I then walked to another nearby location with a parcel locker. Although the barcode was accepted, the locker only opened compartments that were too small for the parcel. As a result, I spent a significant amount of time carrying a large and heavy parcel between multiple locations, only to be unable to return it due to repeated failures in the return process. This has been, without question, the worst purchasing and return experience I have ever had on Amazon.

Arrived , Tested. I was amazed at the power just on low,setting. Looks great, almost a work of art. Tip keep the box for storage during cooler and cold months. Very pleased.

Es el mejor ventilador que he tenido. Ademá de estético és muy potente (incluso al número 1) y, en mi opinión, apenas hace ruido. Volvería a comprarlo sin dudarlo.

Top Ventilator, macht ordentlich Wind. Einzig die 3 Geschwindigkeitsstufen liegen ziemlich dicht beieinander. Hätte mir auf der langsamsten Stufe etwas weniger Drehzahl gewünscht. Geräuschkulisse ist auch ok.
