There are 9 variations of the Individual Shoulder system. To select a variation, you choose what level of resistance (3 choices: Novice, Athletic, Elite) and you choose which attachment (3 choices: Door Belts, Squat Rack Straps, Wall Mounts[Anchors]). If you do not see the variation you are looking for then it is out of stock on Amazon.

can the door straps be installed and removed quickly? do they fit any size door?

Yes they can fit any size door. You can hook them up in under 2 minutes . It's so quick and easy that my 11 year old son can do it by himself.

What keeps the rack strap from sliding when you are using?

The rack straps are very tight when using, the force is enough. I've never had an issue with them sliding.

Don't waste money on this.

I went through this whole program and saw negligible improvements. Ultimately what improved my pain immensely was doing variations on these basic movements with dumb-bells and cable machines. This allowed me to focus more effectively on improvements in strength.
