what is the expiration date?

The box that I just bought (in Jul 2025) says the expiraiton date is 01/2025. In general, casabe has an average life of two years at room temperature. I always store it at room temperature in a closed container, so humidity does not ruin its crunchiness. Also, some people toast casabe a little bit in the oven to ensure its crunchiness, but with this casabe crackers, honestly is not needed. As a venezuelan (where casabe is a typical food), I can say these crackers are one of the best commercially available product.
