As advertised
Works as advertised, one of the urinals had sever blockage from uric acid. Until I poured about half the bottle and let sit over the weekend. Monday morning water now drains smoothly and quickly.

Does the job.
Used to use this exact product many times for many years at work in urinals. Worked great on my toilet buildup at home. Will be flushing #1 every time from now on. Only needed half the bottle. Seems a bit expensive but it does work.

Works, but takes several bottles
Considering the price, and that you have to use several bottles to make any difference in uric salts, this drops considerable rating, because you just can't solve much issues with just one bottle.
