Long as heck, but taste and cook great.
These are real good. But long as heck. Over a foot long. Hard to break them in half. But if you like you noodles longer that Rapunzel's hair, then these are for you.

Very Versatile and FAST PREP
Love these noodles! They're so easy to prepare. Boil some water (enough to cover). Add noodles. Cover. Turn off heat. Drain. (cut w scizzors unless you really like to feed noodles into your mouth w chopsticks) Enjoy! Try this: one 'bunch' of prepared noodles added to one pound cooked 85/15 grass-fed ground beef seasoned with garlic/onion, s+p, and 2TB curry powder. Drizzle w olive oil. AMAZING AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY!!!!

Fewer Carbs
I love these noodles- fewer carbs and useful in many ways. I like them with some Korean BBQ sauce plus groundginger paste. They are just always on back order but on the other hand they are not in the store. Even the big stores.

Stupendous l!! Try them with teriyaki chicken and rice bow…wow. Just make sure you boil them at least 10 minutes per bundle.

A Must pantry staple
These noodles were delicious. I prefer this healthier option. Easy to prepare. Just be careful to not overcook if you are an al dente person. I definitely overate first time.
