French Toast Girls' Short Sleeve Safari Dress

Good dress. We used to dress my daughter up like Jane Goodall. Super cute

I bought this dress to use as the ‘base’ of a safari dress for my daughter to wear to Animal Kingdom. I ordered her typical size and it fit PERFECTLY! I added a few decorative touches to the dress to make it a little more like a safari style dress and it was an absolute HIT with every character that we met… especially with Minnie & Mickey! The dress was well made and was a nice thick quality fabric without being too thick or stiff. Note… It does not have any stretch to it at all but that was not a problem for us. You can see in the photos that the stitching was neat and well done. This dress laundered great as well! I washed it in cold water, tossed it in the dryer for about 10 minutes to get the wrinkles out, and then laid it flat to finish drying. By doing it that way, it did not need ironing. It Great purchase! I am very pleased and so was my daughter!

My granddaughter wants to be a park ranger. This dress is really cute but runs a little small. She normally wears a 7, which I ordered, but there’s zero growing room so I’m sizing up to an 8. We’ll add park ranger and other patches. It’s sturdy twill and well made.

Very nice quality fabric and construction. My niece is off to Australia. Good fit. She's 8 years old, size 8 tops. This fit her perfectly. Color is good.

Bought this in a size 10 for my daughter who has just barely started wearing 7/8, mostly for length needs. My daughter said it was so uncomfortably tight in the chest, shoulders, and sleeves. She loved the dress and was very sad it didn’t fit properly. I don’t think a size 12 would look right as it would be super baggy in the waist and way too long for her.
