Friday PM I emailed him after placing my order to ask if there was any way to expedite, and that I would pay for it. I didn't see his response until later Saturday. Turns out he opened a print shop very early Saturday AM before business hours, completed my print, then mailed it off straight away and communicated about the extra charges. His joy that someone enjoys his art was apparent in a personal email explaining what he did to grant my request. It was touching as my husband is an artist by heart and I understand the feeling. I greatly appreciated his outstanding customer service taking initiative to solve my problem without 6 back and forth emails. He knew how to help me and genuinely did everything he could. For My Hero
Loved the print quality. I gave it to my fiance who is also serving in the USArmy right now when I visited him. We quickly had it framed and is now hanging on the wall in his new house. It actually looks original. Great GIft for someone special....Great Artist!
