Works well. More importantly, cleans easily. Some other mashers don't come out clean in the dish washer because there may be seams where dried potatoes get pocketed. Not this one.

Works much better than I thought it would. Was debating on getting a regular potato masher. This does the job quick and potatoes are great. Just wish the handle was a bit longer

I actually bought this to mash softened cream cheese for various recipes that I make for dips. It works so much better than what I used to do (mash with a large fork). Love the double masher. When you have it depressed so that they are both even at bottom of bowl - it's easy to just swipe off the residual cream cheese. I am sure I will use for potatoes at some point.

I had my doubts about this double masher, but after a lot of uses I quite like it! Definitely mashes potatoes really well.

Love this for mashing potatoes and other recipes where I need a "masher". Very easy to use with my arthritic hands. Very quick turnaround arriving at my door within 48 hours.

I am not sure if this is a good product but I bought it for my friend in NM. I was at her house for thanksgiving when theirs broke. I saw it and it looked cool but have not heard good or bad from my friend.

My only complaint about this is that the top masher seems a little bit useless unless you really have to get into a deep mash. It's bulky and difficult to store, but that's not going to be an issue for other people.
