What are the butter paddles to which you refer? Are they the paddles inside the jar to make the butter, replacement paddles, or something else?

Hi Jerry! Thank you for your inquiry. These paddles are accessories for the butter churner which are being sold separately. These are flat and wooden and are being used to hold the butter. How much butter can you make at a time

Hi Steven! Thank you for your interest in Kilner Vintage Glass Butter Churn; Large 34-Fluid Ounce Capacity. The butter churn allows you to make one stick of butter at a time. Hope this helps. Let us know if there is anything else that you need.

Could i use fresh dairy or goats milk?

The fat content of the milk is important as one uses heavy cream to churn into butter. The Amish sell goat’s milk butter so I assume that you could make it as well as long as it is heavy cream.

Will heavy whips g cream work?

Hi NJ! Thank you for your interest in Kilner Small Manual Butter Churn. Yes, the churner is specially designed to make butter by using either whipping cream or heavy cream. Hope this helps. Let us know if there is anything else that you need.
