A daily serving is just one scoop.
Three years out from bariatric surgery and this has been the best product that I have found. It mixes well with my protein coffees. Even in black coffee, it doesn't have an overwhelming taste to it. I like the fact that a daily serving is only 1 scoop, where others require multiple scoops or tablespoons for a daily serving. Calories are light at only 40. It has helped knee pain and hair growth but not helped with thin/weak nails.

Definitely works
Has definitely helped with hair growth. You won’t notice a difference for 2-3 months but once you see the difference you won’t want to stop using the product. The product is quite sour but I just down it quick to get it over with.

Great collagen powder
This is great in my coffee every morning. It dissolves easily and doesn't add any kind flavor to my coffee. Easy on my stomach as I suffer from gastritis.
